We are currently collaborating with a freshly created Law Firm and are looking for an Associate in Tax. The law firm specialized in various sectors such as Corporate, Banking, Private Equity, Funds and Tax. With a worldwide presence, the Law Firm employs about 5.000 Lawyers, and already has a team of more than 20 Lawyers in Luxembourg.
The firm is focused on working with prestigious clients, and already has the chance to work and advised famous actors in the investment sector. Thanks to their reputation and international network, they are able to not accept every new clients, and strictly analyze their capability in providing the right solution before moving forward. Your Responsibilities | Associate Lawyer Tax
As part of the tax team you will have to provide tax advices, to local and international clients ;
You are actively participating in drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation ;
As part of the development of the team, you will have the mission to develop strong client relationships with a focus on respecting the high standards of the Law Firm ;
Depending on your experience, you will have the opportunity to accompany junior colleagues and interns in their career development ;
Work closely with other department and offices (cross-practice/border) ;
Direct involvement in tailor made tax structuring for international clients.
Profile and Career Path | Associate Lawyer Tax
You are registered on List I or II of the Luxembourg bar ;
You have excellent oral and writing skills in French and English ;
Minimum 2 years of experience within a Luxembourg’s based Law Firm ;
Sound knowledge of Luxembourg tax law ;
You have strong communication and analytical skills.
