Your Responsibilities | Funds Associate – Lawyer – Corporate – Law Firm – AIF - UCITS
As part of the Investment Funds Team and under the supervision of the most Senior Attorneys of the team, your role will entail and will not be limited to:
Intervening in Fund structuring projects.
Drafting legal deeds such as engagement contracts, legal opinions, etc.
Providing legal advice to the firm’s clients on a range of business initiatives, financial operations, and regulatory limitations. Mainly for individual investment vehicles but also Fund Managers.
Conducting legal research and keeping abreast of any legal developments in the Investment Fund legislation in Luxembourg. You will aim at providing your clients with the finest service possible. Your role will be crucial in helping the team foresee developments in the law and their impact on your clients’ activities and business.
Profile and Career Path | Funds Associate – Lawyer – Corporate – Law Firm – AIF - UCITS
You have at least one year of experience working with the Funds department of a law firm in Luxembourg.
Englishproficiency is required for this position due to the law firm's extensive global network, which has helped it develop a prestigious and well-known clientele. French is important to navigate the local context with ease. Any additional languages are considered an advantage.
You have passed the Cours Complémentaires de Droit Luxembourgeois (CCDL) or are registered to the Bar in a member state of the EU.
Your interpersonal skills make you a great team player and your organized and analytical nature are strengths you are looking to leverage on a daily.
Your goal is to gain as much knowledge as possible in the next years to accelerate your career and take it up.
