With lawyers having over 20 years of experience, our partner is an independent and well established Luxembourg law firm founded in 2014.
You will join a nice company of human size composed of 10 young lawyers all being dynamic and motivated.
Thus in a company such as our partner, consideration is very important.
This law firm is known for its quality legal services and takes up all challenges to find solutions for each client.
Our client cares about managing the projects in a fast and efficient way.
Because of the location, you will have only a few meters to walk to access the P+R which is very comfortable for a city like Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities | German speaking Fund Lawyer - Law
Your mission will be to manage a client portfolio in the fund industry,to process files and to defend your clients at the Bar.
Advising andassisting clients on transactions related to regulated and non-regulated investment vehicles.
You will draft legally required documents and agreements.
You will be required to deal with legal issues relating to UCITS, AIFM and management companies.
You will be the contact person with the notary regarding investment vehicles.
Handle cross-border fund distribution issues.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the life cycle of investment vehicles.
You will follow up on client requests via meetings or conference calls with clients.
Profil | German speaking Fund Lawyer - Law
The German language is mandatory. You are also fluent in English and French.
You have 5 years of experience or more in regulated and non-regulated investment funds, preferably in Luxembourg.
You have the good habit to be proactive and offer solutions.
You have a thirst for knowledge and like to challenge yourself.
You are independent in handling your tasks.
