Your Responsibilities | Funds – Lawyer – Financial – Investment - Law Firm
You supervise and initiate procedures and all other legal proceedings in link with a client portfolio primarily focused on the structuring of alternative Investment Vehicles (RAIFs, etc.)
You keep track of clients’ requests, prepare legal documentation and initiate legal actions on their behalf.
You curate a strong relationship with your clients and develop the business by attracting potential new clients.
You counsel clients on the best possible set of actions in terms of investment strategies always keeping in mind their wants and needs.
You engage in legal and regulatory surveillance with the aim to ensure conformity of your clients’ operations with the local legal framework at all times.
Profile and Career Path | Funds – Lawyer – Financial – Investment - Law Firm
You possess at least two years of experience as a registered lawyer in a Luxembourgish law firm.
You are fluent in English and German and any additional language is considered a plus.
Your entrepreneurial spirit and dynamic nature push forward your career objectives and your ambition is to work within the local branch of an international Law Firm.

Depending on your experience, background and exposure to complex cases, your salary could go up to 110 000€ gross per month as an Employed Lawyer.
