Your Responsibilities | Associate Corporate – Legal – Lawyer - Avocat
Your responsibilities as a corporate associate include counselling the firm's clients on a variety of topics, including contracts, transactions, and financing. You execute legal procedures for local and multinational clients;
You maintain track of your client’s demands, put together legal paperwork, and start legal proceedings on their behalf.
By luring in prospective new customers, you grow your business by cultivating a solid relationship with existing clients. This duty entails being proactive in making suggestions for plans of action and providing advice that is specific to the requirements of these firms.
You follow legal and regulatory developments in an effort to foresee legislative changes and ensure that the business practices of your clients are compliant with regional laws.
Profile and Career Path | Associate Corporate – Legal – Lawyer - Avocat
You possess at least three years of experience as a lawyer in a law firm of the local landscape.
You are proficient in French AND English; any extra language is advantageous.
Your aptitude for dealing with complexity and your open-mindedness are your strengths! You are resolved yet collaborative, which makes you well-suited for working on a variety of cases in different scenarios and with different stakeholders involved.
You are looking to advance your career in a prestigious firm working alongside experienced professionals for international clients and on technically challenging cases
