In the context of the development of their Investment Fund department, we are assisting an international law firm in their search for their future Mid-Level Fund Lawyer.

You will be able to have a diversified portfolio of clients and investment funds, such as UCITS, AIFs and ELTIF, to become a real expert in the investment fund industry and to develop a very generalist profile in terms of client variety. Therefore, you will learn on a daily basis and be able to expand your knowledge with a 360° view on your files.

Your Responsibilities | Investment Funds Lawyer – UCITS – AIF – Law Firm - Legal
You will manage a portfolio of investment funds, regulated and unregulated, from the constitution of the fund to its liquidation.
You will be responsible for advising your clients regarding their funds’ activities and operations, and be involved in drafting needed documentation.
Additionally, you will execute regular legal monitoring to keep your knowledge up to date on investment fund law.

You should have a minimum of three years of experience within an international law firm based in Luxembourg in a similar position.
You should have an excellent knowledge of the Fund Industry in Luxembourg in order to be autonomous in your responsibilities.
You should be fluent in English (read, written, spoken). German of French will be a plus.
