We are currently assisting our partner, a renowned law firm in Luxembourg, in its search for a Senior Associate specialized in Employment/Labor Law. Join its human-sized team composed of around 20 people and enter a work environment that enables relationship building and strong internal cohesion.
This vacancy is ideally intended for Lawyers looking to have a more comprehensive view of their clients’ business and to provide clients with a highly personalized service. This includes diverse files and cases, brought by a prestigious client list. The boutique approach of this law firm allows the clients to have years-long collaborations with the firm, which is why you will be able to develop very strong relationships with them.

Your Responsibilities | Law – Legal – Lawyer – Senior Associate Employment Law – Law Firm
You will independently handle all legal proceedings relating to your clients, this includes cases with a focus on employment/labor law.
You follow up on your clients’ requests, prepare legal documentation and initiate legal actions on behalf of your clients.
You maintain a close relationship with your clients and build relationships with potential new clients. This includes proactively offering advice and by anticipating the needs of their businesses.
You carry out legal monitoring and remain up to date on the latest developments.

You have at least 4 years of experience in a Law firm in Luxembourg and have primarily focused on employment/labor law throughout the years.
You are fluent in English and French, whereas any other language will constitute an additional advantage.
You are very interested in working in a prestigious law firm in Luxembourg where you will have the chance to work with well-known clients.
You of course obtained a Master’s degree in Law as well as the CCDL.
