In the context of the expansion of its activity and to maintain the guarantee of legal service of the highest standards, our partner an international Law Firm implanted In Luxembourg. We are currently assisting them in the recruitment of a Senior Associate specialized in investment funds.
Join its human-sized team comprising close to 20 collaborators as of today and gain access to a work environment synonymous with a strong vision and international presence. Today, the firm offers specialized services in the field of Corporate law and Investment fund Law in Luxembourg. Thanks to a careful internal organization, this firm offers a diversified range of services to a specific type of clientele. The funds you will take on are primarily alternative investment funds, and you will have the chance to be fully autonomous on your files.

Your Responsibilities | Funds – Lawyer – Legal – Law Firm
You supervise and initiate procedures and all other legal proceedings in link with a client portfolio primarily focused on the structuring of alternative Investment Vehicles (RAIFs, etc.)
You keep track of clients’ requests, prepare legal documentation and initiate legal actions on their behalf.
You curate a strong relationship with your clients and develop the business by attracting potential new clients.
You counsel clients on the best possible set of actions in terms of investment strategies always keeping in mind their wants and needs.
You engage in legal and regulatory surveillance with the aim to ensure conformity of your clients’ operations with the local legal framework at all times.<
Profile and Career Path | Funds – Lawyer – Legal – Law Firm
You possess at least three years of experience in a Luxembourgish law firm in the investment fund department.
You are fluent in English. Any additional language is considered a plus.
Your entrepreneurial spirit and dynamic nature push forward your career objectives and your ambition is to work within the local branch of an international Law Firm.

Depending on your experience, background and exposure to complex cases, your salary could go up to 110 000€ gross per year.
