Currently, we are assisting our esteemed client in its search for their future Senior Lawyer specialized in Litigation, thanks to the development of their activities. Well known in Luxembourg and abroad, this law firm will provide you with all the needed tools for your professional growth thanks to challenging files, trainings with experts and overall knowledge sharing internally, so each talent can learn from their colleagues.
You will be part of an enthusiastic law firm and be able to communicate with more than 30 talents and discover more about several law industries in different departments such as Corporate, Banking and Finance, Investment fund law and Litigation. This diversity of the profiles internally will allow you to build solid relationships with your colleagues and gain knowledge in various fields of activity.
This law firm is also attentive to its collaborators' needs and wants, for instance they have implemented internal policies that offer the possibility to work from home, up to two days per week, which will contribute to an exceptional personal organization and will help you save your personal time for your own projects.

Your Responsibilities | Litigation Lawyer – Senior Lawyer – Law Firm – Litigation – Legal
In your daily responsibilities, you will be in direct contact with your clientele and be responsible for providing advice on their files and litigation and pre-litigation cases.
Then you will be responsible for drafting all needed documentations with regard to your clients files : notices, memorandums and conclusions for example.
Finally, you will be responsible for the training and coaching of junior lawyers in the existing team. You will act as a reference point should they have questions and/or need advice.

We are looking for a candidate that has a minimum of five years of experience as a Litigation Lawyer within a law firm based in Luxembourg.
You are registered to the Luxembourg Bar on List I as Avocat à la Cour.
You should be fluent in English and in French for this position. Any additional language skills are welcome.
You are fully autonomous and independent in your clients' files and are looking for a supportive and dynamic law firm to collaborate with for the next years of your career.
