We are happy to collaborate with our partner, a fiduciary based in a beautiful district Luxembourg city. The modern structure is currently looking for a Corporate Tax Manager who will be in charge of a portfolio composed of SOPARFIs, PE/RE, funds and a few commercial companies but more particularly the supervision of a team too.
This fiduciary, created 20 years ago, is a multicultural structure which offers several services such as accounting, tax, corporate administration and domiciliation. They also provide many trainings for their employees to develop their skills and allow them to benefit from numerous career prospects (Senior Manager, Director and so on).
Composed of 50 people, the fiduciary is an important actor in Luxembourg and would like to continue its progression in the years to come. That is why a Corporate Tax Manager will ensure that the daily operations advance smoothly. Employees are placed in good conditions here as they benefit from flexible hours, homeworking, the chance to work part-time (80%) and modern offices. They also receive tailor-made trainings, both for hard skills and soft skills.

Your Responsibilities | Tax Manager – Fiduciary – Tax - PFS - Luxembourg


  • As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be have the opportunity to manage a small team of 5 people and help them to be efficient in their tasks.

  • You will supervise a team and review the preparation of tax and VAT returns and provide your clients with advice on a tax level.

  • You will assist and coach Junior Tax Officers in their development by providing them with coaching, quality trainings and regular feedback.

  • You will analyze Tax risks of different investment structures and you will be involved in all kinds of advisory and tax compliance matters.

  • You have minimum 4 years of experience as a Tax Officer in a Big Four, PFS or Fiduciary in Luxembourg and you already have had the opportunity to work with international clients.

  • You ideally have a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Law or equivalent. Moreover, if you have obtained the Cycle A or Cycle B, it will be considered an asset.

  • In addition to English, you are able to speak French or German. The environment of the fiduciary is multicultural and the main language that you will use with your future colleagues and clients will be English.

  • You would like to manage a team and share your knowledge with the less experienced members of your team.
