We are currently collaborating with a renowned Holding company in the context of its search for a Senior Manager Tax Compliance. This company has an international dimension and has beautiful offices in Luxembourg, and holds important funds in Private Equity and Real Estate all around the world.
The structure has opened this new role as it is creating a new department, and therefore needs someone who will be at the head of this department and provide a real added value on a daily basis.
You will join a dynamic yet discrete structure on the market, and will be a key member of the team thanks to your strong experience in tax compliance. The company has also adopted digitalized working methods, which is also an interesting advantage for the employees, as they gain time and energy in their daily work thanks to smart software and tools.
This company is also very flexible in terms of working hours, and allows its employees to work from home 2 days per week (for Luxembourgish residents) and follows the tax regulations for Belgian, German and French cross-border workers. Furthermore, you will learn and benefit from career prospects, and at the same time, benefit from an excellent work-life balance, which is something that can be hard to find in this type of function in Luxembourg.

Your Responsibilities | Holding – Tax – Senior Manager Tax – Private Equity – Luxembourg


  • You are responsible for coordinating with external providers such as Big Four to ensure that tax returns are prepared and filed correctly and in due time. Of course, you will also review that everything is correct.

  • You are in contact with external teams and offices to ensure that tax compliance matters are respected on a global level, especially in terms of real estate investments.

  • You find solutions when you are confronted to issues, mistakes, or complicated situations.

  • You oversee tax provisions and prepare tax payments for the entities.

  • You have at least 8 years of experience in tax compliance in a Big Four or an Asset Management company in Luxembourg. You are also fully autonomous in your role and have an excellent understanding of tax compliance regulations in Luxembourg.

  • You speak English fluently.

  • The clients you are used to working with are Private Equity and Real Estate funds.

  • You are precise and rigorous in your work. You are also able to take decisions efficiently and to deal with potentially stressful situations.

  • You have thorough knowledge of international standards such as IFRS, UK GAAP or US GAAP.

  • You are a team player and you try to invest yourself to create a pleasant work environment, and a good atmosphere at work.

  • You will receive a gross salary up to 140 000€ gross per year, which will depend on your level of experience and skill set. In addition to this salary, you will benefit from 31 days of days off! Thanks to these additional holidays, you will have the opportunity to relax and to take time for yourself.

  • It will be easy for you to join your offices in this company, as they are located in the city-center. The offices of this structure are prestigious and it will be a pleasure for you to work in these offices.
