Currently, we are collaborating with a Professional of the Financial Sector, regulated by the CSSF, located near Steinfort. This means that you will avoid a dense and complicated traffic situation each morning and evening, allowing you to reduce your stress, anxiety and find an opportunity closer to home.
The team is made up of about 30 collaborators, which are active in the respective departments of Accounting, Corporate/Legal services and Fund Administration. This PSF mainly works with a financial clientèle such as SCSPs, RAIFS, SIF.
Even though the structure is part of an international group, all decisions are taken locally in Luxembourg meaning that you will have the chance to benefit from the “know-how” of the network, while also benefiting from a quick decision-making process locally.
You will join a structure in which the focus is on the well-being of the employees. The upper management does not pressure the employees to evolve in the hierarchy or to take on more responsibilities in time if they do not want to. They also listen to their employees and provide guidance, for example by providing a personalized training plan or even by offering a part time (4/5th) status for those who need a better balance.

Your Responsibilities | Compliance – PFS – Legal – AML - KYC

You will intervene during the onboarding processes of clients by collecting the requested documents to realize a Due Diligence analysis, which includes the determination of KYC requirements. Of course, this AML/KYC due diligence should still be reassessed for existing clients as well.
On a daily basis, you will have to handle the Compliance analysis such as AML and KYC analysis for your portfolio of clients (SOPARFI, Holdings, AIFs, SPF) and report to your team.
You will participate to the compliance acceptance committee meetings and also make sure to assist clients in their obligations on a FATCA/CRS level.

Profile and Career Path | Compliance – PFS – Legal – AML - KYC

You have obtained an professional experience of minimum 2 years as an AML/KYC Officer (or Analyst) in Luxembourg in a similar structure (such as a PFS, Fiduciary, Investment Company) allowing you to work with a correct level of autonomy.
You have had an exposure to the Luxembourgish Fund Industry, and are familiar with a similar portfolio of clients (SCSPs, RAIFS, SIF, AIFM).
English fluency is requested for this opportunity to communicate without any issues with colleagues and clients. A French command would be considered as a plus in your application.
You want to be part of a PFS that offers a very high technical level, both to its collaborators as its employees.

An attractive gross salary is offered by this PSF, depending on the candidate’s profile and experience, that can reach € 65 000 gross per year. To this, you can add a discretionary bonus, meal vouchers, as well as health and life insurance.
