For a modern and digitalized AIFM headquartered in the Central Station Area of Luxembourg City, our teams are currently recruiting a Compliance Officer to be specializing in Alternative Investment Vehicles.
While piloting operations for nearly a decade in Luxembourg, the firm offers Fund Management & Accounting, Tax Advisory and Regulatory Services for a loyal client base. Your Responsibilities | Compliance Officer - Legal – Compliance – Regulatory - AIF – AML - KYC -
Under the supervision of Senior members of the team and the direct involvement of one of the partners, your role entails among other duties:
Upholding the regulatory and legal frameworks for a number of operations AIFs in PE/RE and venture capital.
Carrying out AML/KYC & KYT analysis. In accordance with the AIF's compliance monitoring plan.
Contributing to the onboarding of new funds including cascade AML due diligence (name checks, AML risk assessments, etc.
Assisting the team in preparing for internal audit procedures.
Monitoring the legal landscape to ensure compliance with the applicable rules and regulations and communicating changes internally. In term, you will help the team anticipate the impact of said changes on the fund business.
Profile and Career Path | Compliance Officer - Legal – Compliance – Regulatory - AIF – AML - KYC
You have at least a year's worth of experience working in Luxembourg and have had the chance to take on equivalent positions with fiduciaries, PFSs, or ManCos.
You use English to communicate vocally and in writing. French and extra language abilities are seen favourably.
You have a thorough grasp of the AIFs industry and the regulatory framework in Luxembourg (AML, CFT, GDPR etc).

Depending on your academic and professional experience, you may be eligible for an annual salary of up to € -60 000 gross.
