Our trusted and serious partner is growing and needs to expand its workforce. This leading PFS located in West Luxembourg is recruiting their next AML/KYC Officer.

In that context the Corporate Team of 5 is looking for an additional member to strengthen its operations and reallocate the increasing workload. Your Responsibilities | Compliance Officer - PFS – Legal – Compliance – AML - KYC
You are in charge of aiding the operational teams with the collection and analysis of AML-KYC documentation for a multitude of entities. Namely, SOPARFI/Holding companies, ManCos active in the Private Wealth sector, as well as regulated and unregulated investment vehicles.
You also support the compliance team in performing KYT due diligences and by updating data inputs on the client portfolio of the firm.
You will be a crucial part of the client onboarding process by meeting with acceptance and compliance committee.
Your role will be crucial in identifying points of improvements and help team management and leadership correcting them.
Profile and Career Path | Compliance Officer - PFS – Legal – Compliance – AML - KYC
You possess at least 2 years of experience within a similar function and with similar responsibilities in Luxembourg. Roles within service providers, law firms, management companies are of interest.
You master both English and French, orally and in writing and are comfortable in international business environments.
You possess a great understanding of the FATCA/CRS regulations and have been exposed to the local funds industry.
Your inquisitive mind and organized way of working makes for great analytical skills even in the eventuality of short deadlines.

With a fixed salary of up to 65 000€ gross per year (depending on your previous experience and academic background) to which you can add fringe benefits such as meal vouchers, and life insurance, as well as a bonus and an annual training budget.
