Our trusted and serious partner is an expanding PFS with an international dimension, that is currently looking to reinforce the team with an AML/KYC Officer. This leading company is located near the Belgo-Luxembourgish border, more precisely in Windhof, and offers a great location to anyone wanting to avoid the city’s heaviest traffic.
With both a global and important local presence, the PFS has established technical expertise and high quality tailor-made services to its clientele. The company assists financial companies primarily which include SOPARFIs, alternative investment funds and investment vehicles.
With its presence across the world, the professional network of this PFS stretches to around 700 collaborators present in different continents. The PFS has acquired a good reputation in the fields of corporate, fund and trust services as a result. The local anchoring is very cherished as directorship of each branches remain on sight. Your Responsibilities | AML/KYC Officer – Compliance – PFS - Legal

You are in charge of assisting the operational teams with the collection and analysis of AML-KYC documentation for a multitude of entities. Namely, SOPARFI/Holding companies, ManCos active in the Private Wealth sector, as well as regulated and unregulated investment vehicles.
You also support the compliance team in performing KYT due diligences and by updating data inputs on the client portfolio.
You will be a crucial part of the client onboarding process by meeting with the acceptance and compliance committee.
Your role will be crucial in identifying points of improvements and help team management correcting them.

Profile and Career Path | AML/KYC Officer – Compliance – PFS - Legal

You possess at least 2 years of experience within AML/KYC in a PFS, ManCo, Law firm or Fiduciary in Luxembourg. This has allowed you to handle a wide scope of tasks in the field.
You have a good level of both English and French, orally and in writing. You would be comfortable handling business communications with your clients in English.
You possess a great understanding of the FATCA/CRS regulations and have been exposed to the local fund industry.
Your organized way of working makes for great analytical skills even in the eventuality of short deadlines.

An attractive fixed salary of up to 67 000€ gross per year (depending on your previous experience and academic background) to which you can add fringe benefits such as meal vouchers, life insurance, as well as a bonus and an annual training budget.
