This specialized PFS working on fund administration and accounting and located near the Belgian border, is looking for a Compliance Officer.

Your Responsibilities | PFS – Legal – AML – KYC - CFT - Funds - CSSF – Compliance Officer

As Compliance Officer, you will assist the firm's clients with day-to-day activities relating to risk management, the fight against money laundering and maintaining the regulatory framework set by the CSSF.
In particular, you will be responsible for drawing up compliance and risk assessment reports for the firm's clients.
You will support the Compliance team's work on AML/CFT screening, by launching appropriate procedures and establishing appropriate diagnostic tools (templates and others).
You will also be responsible for monitoring the regulatory ecosystem. In particular, you will draft memos on recent regulatory directives and their impact on the fund industry.
You will also take on the role of in-house mentor compliance trainer for other members of the team. As such, your work may include initiating training and improving internal procedures.

Profile and Career Path | PFS – Legal – AML – KYC - CFT - Funds - CSSF – Compliance Officer

You have at least 2 years experience as a Compliance or AML/CFT Officer in Luxembourg.
You are fluent in English and French and comfortable handling business in both languages.
You ideally have a bachelor's degree in business law, business management, economics or finance.
You have a good overview of the local investment vehicle landscape.
Your analytical capabilities and self-motivated nature drive your strong research and reporting capabilities.

If you live near the Belgian border, your travel may be significantly cut due to the structure's location in the Grand-Duchy's southwest.
