Your Responsibilities | Corporate Manager – Compliance – PFS – Corporate – Legal Manager
In your responsibilities, you will be involved in the legal management of the entities in your portfolio in full independence from the constitution to the liquidation.
Additionally, you will be in charge of drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
You will be responsible for the team management of two talents by coaching them and offering your support in their missions by answering their questions and sharing your knowledge.
Finally, you will be in charge of internal compliance missions (AML/KYC/CDD analysis), ensuring CSSF communications and providing a compliant legal framework for the PFS.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate Manager – Compliance – PFS – Corporate – Legal Manager
For this position, we are looking for a candidate that has acquired at least four years of experience within PFS, Private Equity, other Financial Service provider and/or law firms in a similar position.
You have a previous experience in supervising less experienced colleagues and are comfortable with coaching and training collaborators.
You should have an excellent knowledge of the Luxembourgish legal framework and financial industry.
You should have a complete professional proficiency in English in order to handle external and internal communications easily.
