Our partner is a modern fiduciary in Luxembourg, made up of a team of 15 people. They have had the opportunity to develop their services over the past 10 years, and assist their clients in terms of accounting, domiciliation, tax, advisory and more.
We have the pleasure to assist them in the search for a Corporate Officer, wishing to have autonomy in his/her work and handle a varied client portfolio that will be adapted to the skill set of the candidate (Soparfi, PE/RE Funds, commercial companies…). As long as you are eager to learn, the fiduciary is more than willing to assist you in your development thanks to trainings and a good follow up!
This position is perfect for someone that is looking to combine an interesting function and a good balance between their professional and private life : Indeed, you will have additional holidays, flexibility in terms of working hours and very little overtime!
Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer - Legal - Fiduciary
You are in charge of the legal and corporate requirements for your clients from the incorporation of the company to the liquidation.
Your portfolio will be varied : PE/RE, Holdings, commercial companies… depending on your previous experience, the portfolio can be adapted to your wishes and needs.
You draft legal documentation (such as Board minutes, resolutions) and agreements.
You are responsible for the preparation of Board meetings and shareholder meetings.
You liaise with your clients and third parties (notaries, lawyers) as well as the Luxembourgish Administrations.

You can count on an attractive salary package up to € 4.200 gross per month, meal vouchers of €10.80 per day, bonus and additional holidays.
Flexible working hours allowing you to start as early as 7 AM or until 9 AM, allowing you to start the day without any stress.
Great access by tram or bus from several train stations, as well as your own parking spot (if you so wish) to avoid losing time in the morning.
Be part of a team of 10 people with varying levels of experience, allowing you to evolve to a managerial position in time if you wish. However, if you do not wish to evolve, that is not a problem either.
