As a Corporate Officer, you will work on a diversified and complete client portfolio, including SOPARFI/Holdings, Investment Funds and SPVs, allowing you to perfect your skills in all fields of activity.

The PFS is ideally located in Luxembourg’s city center, providing easy access to public transport, the train station and all kinds of facilities.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate - PFS
You will manage the daily activities related to the clients from the constitution to the liquidation, providing you with opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills.
You will prepare and organize board and shareholder meetings, draft the minutes as well as draft all related documentation.
You will publish the annual accounts on the Trade Register as well as other regular modifications such as change of seat, capital changes and so on.
You are in direct contact with your clients and act as a first point of contact should they have questions or need help.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate - PFS
You have between 1 and 5 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg, in a fiduciary, PFS or asset management company in Luxembourg.
You are fluent in English and ideally French. However, if you speak German for example, knowledge of French will not be necessary.
You have a dynamic personality and a real motivation to learn, which is why the PFS will be happy to invest in your growth and training.
You have acquired a certain level of autonomy in handling a client portfolio.

Enjoy 28 days off per year, giving you the chance to spend quality time with your friends and family during your free time. Your remuneration, which could reach up to €55.000 gross per year, will be based on your profile and experience.
To this, meal vouchers of €10.80 will be added so you can fully enjoy your lunch while building a real relationship with your colleagues. In addition, you will also benefit from a yearly bonus.
