Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal – Fiduciary – AML - KYC

Depending on your experience, you assist the team in drafting various legal documents. These are usually contracts, agreements and documents that initiate and direct the daily corporate life of the entities in you is essential for the management of your client portfolio
The organisation of board meetings, shareholder meetings, and the filing with the RCS/RBE will also be part of your daily responsibilities. And this is for a collection of commercial companies, SOPARFI/Holdings mainly active in the PE/RE sector.
This position involves working closely with Senior Officers experienced in AML/KYC analysis. As such, you will contribute to the team's mission by collecting and reviewing the necessary documentation. You will be exposed to compliance issues.
You will act as a bridge between the firm's clients and the stakeholders who are essential to your clients’ operations (lawyers, banks, regulatory bodies, etc.).

You have a first experience in a similar structure in Luxembourg. An internship at the end of your studies is also relevant.
You are fluent in French, have a good command of English, and are at ease in international environments.
Your enterprising personality and alertness allow you to work with rigour and motivation on a variety of files.
You enjoy learning and enriching yourself through interaction with your colleagues and you have a strong team spirit.

Depending on your previous experience and background, your salary could reach up to €39,500 gross per year. Start your career comfortably with strong personal finances.
