As Corporate Officer, you will be working on a client portfolio focused on Soparfi and SPV, and trainings will be given continuously so you can continue your technical evolution.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer - PSF - Legal

You take care of the daily corporate life from the incorporation to the liquidation, including the preparation of board meetings, opening bank accountsand publishing the articles of association and accounts on the RCS.
You handle the direct communications with the competent administrations in Luxembourg as well as third parties (auditors, banks, notaries…) and are in regular contact with your clients.
As you grow in the team, you will evolve to a position where you will review much more and not be strictly operational. This will be a great introduction to your future managerial position.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – PSF - Legal

At least 2 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in a PSF, Fiduciary or Investment Firm in Luxembourg will be required for this position.
You have a very good level of English, as you will integrate an English-speaking environment and this is the main language spoken with clients and colleagues.
You are curious and dynamic by nature, allowing you to easily integrate in this structure as they are looking for someone that will be happy to learn.
You want to have career prospects internally? Then this is the right fit for you as you will evolve to positions of (Assistant) Manager or even Director in the future.

Depending on your experience, you can earn up to 65 000€ per year to which you can add meal vouchers of 10.80€ per day, an annual bonus and a parking spot.
