Corporate Officer – PSF with excellent work life balance
For a stable PSF in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Corporate Officer to join an experienced and multicultural team of corporate, compliance and accounting professionals. The company comprised of around 20 people, has an outstanding reputation on the market and can offer more than just a job. The company specialized in providing services such as domiciliation, advisory, accounting, independent directorship to a wide range or companies comprised of investment funds, AIFM, holdings and a very few commercial companies.
As Luxembourg legislation is constantly evolving, the department will continue to develop and you will therefore have the opportunity to participate in the development and the implementation of new procedures in order to remain in compliance with the legislation and provide the clients with excellent services.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer/PSF
As part of the corporate team you will assist the team in:
Introduction and liquidation of various companies ;
Day to day administrative and legal formalities for the clients of your client portfolio ;
Preparation of board meetings ;
Drafting of minutes ;
Various contacts with lawyers and notaries ;
Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer/PSF
Minimum 3 years of experience in Luxembourg in a similar role ;
You speak fluent English (oral & written). Any other European language would be considered an asset ;
Sound knowledge of the Private Equity environment ;
You are able to work in a small team and are looking for a company for the long term.

Your salary package will be comprised of :
Gross salary per year up to 60.000€ ;
