In this structure you will have the chance to deal with interesting clients (mainly SOPARFI, Holdings, Securitization vehicles…) through which you will reinforce and expand your skills. Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal – Fiduciary – Corporate
As a Corporate Officer, you will handle, from the constitution to the liquidation, your own portfolio of client comprising SOPARFI and Holdings mainly.
You will be in charge of drafting board minutes, and publishing articles of incorporation, capital adjustments, directorship changes, change of seat and so on.
The organization, preparation and participation to board meetings will be assigned to your daily duties.
You will be in contact with internal and external stakeholders such as banks, notaries, lawyers and Luxembourgish administrations.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Legal – Fiduciary – Corporate
At least four years of experience in a similar position within a fiduciary and/or PSF in Luxembourg is required.
For this opportunity, you should have a fluent and professional command in English. German will be considered a plus but is certainly not required.
For this position, you preferably have a previous exposure to securitization vehicles which will support your integration to the files.
You are eager to learn, dynamic and willing to provide clients with a high level and personalized service.

Our partner is willing to offer you an attractive gross remuneration, according to your profile and previous experiences, that could reach an annual amount of € 70 000 which will offer you a comfortable financial situation. Meal vouchers of €10.80 will be offered to you as well as an annual bonus.
