Our long-term partner is looking for a Corporate Officer to strengthen its team!
This PFS provides a benevolent environment and human-sized framework characterized by proximate leadership. The short reporting line allows for efficient communication and insightful collaboration. Indeed you will work alongside industry specialists that are still involved in the operations of the firm, allowing you to feel valued and acknowledged inside the business.
The PFS currently employs around ten individuals. You will have the chance to work on a broad and comprehensive client portfolio as a corporate officer, including structures such as SOPARFI/Holding, Investment Funds, and SPVs. You will have the chance to work on PE/RE transactions for the most part. Further your knowledge of the business and develop a competitive edge.
Cut off some commuting time by working from this central location at walking distance from major public transportation facilities of the city centre. You could add some convenience to your weekly strolls by having easy access to the multiple shops and businesses in the sector.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – PFS – Legal – Private Equity – Real Estate - AIF

Under the supervision of the Head of the Legal department and in close collaboration with colleagues from the department, your daily missions encompass but are not restricted to:
The administration of a portfolio of financial companies from the incorporation all the way to the liquidation of entities. This collection comprises Holding Companies (mainly SOPARFIs), AIFs in the PE & RE sector, as well as Securitisation Vehicles.
Support for the drafting of corporate legal documents such as minutes, shareholder agreements, contracts etc. You will also take on the drafting of reports.
Maintaining statutory registers by interacting with RCS and RBE.
Serve as a bridge between internal stakeholders, your clients and external third parties such as banks, lawyers, auditors, etc.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – PFS – Legal – Private Equity – Real Estate - AIF

You possess around 2 years of experience within a similar function in Luxembourg. Experiences in Financial service providers (Fiduciaries & PFS), Big Four, etc, are especially relevant.
You communicate fluently in English. Verbal mastery as well as writing skills are required to excel within the international environment. Any additional languages are seen as an advantage.
If you possess knowledge of AIF laws and regulations, this is an advantage.
You are passionate about the industry and looking to hone your skills while working alongside experienced and dedicated professionals.
