Our serious and well-established partner is expanding its operation and looking for a self-motivated and vigorous team member to join its ranks.
The PFS now employs close to 20 people and has been organically growing over the years. The firm offers a range of comprehensive financial services including Tax & Accounting, and Legal & Corporate Services for the Funds industries. As a Corporate Officer within the PFS, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse client portfolio that counts structures such as SOPARFI/Holding, Alternative Investment Funds, and SPVs. For the most part, you will be working on PE/RE transactions.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – PFS – Legal – Private Equity – Real Estate – AIF
In your quality of Corporate Officer and member of the fund administration business unit, you will be in charge of:
Handling legal documentation and initiating corporate/administrative proceedings for a portfolio of clients from incorporation to liquidation of entities. This includes drafting contracts and agreements, tracking signatures and preparing reports.
Organizing board meetings, and shareholder meetings and drafting the cascading legal documentation (resolutions, board minutes, etc.)
Maintaining statutory registers by interacting with RCS and RBE.
Liaising communications between your clients and the internal stakeholders at the firm. This includes interactions with Lawyers, banks, auditors as well as the CSSF.

You possess a first experience in the field in a similar firm in Luxembourg. These can be a PFS, fiduciary, ManCo or a Big Four.
You masterfully communicate in English and feel at ease in International environments. Any additional languages are considered an asset.

For this role, depending on your background, level of experience and technical prowess, you could get up to 60 000€ in gross yearly income.
Additionally, you would be entitled to meal vouchers of the face value of 10.80€, a yearly Bonusfor additional extrinsic motivation and a boost in purchasing power.
In addition to these elements, you will start your career at the firm with 28 days of paid leave every year. Rejoice in the opportunity to spend more time on some passion projects or travelling with your loved ones.
