For a stable Corporate Service Provider in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Corporate Relationship Manager to join an experienced and multicultural team of corporate, compliance and accounting professionals. The company specialized in providing services such as domiciliation, advisory, accounting, independent directorship to a wide range or companies comprised of investment funds, holdings, securitization, and commercial companies.
As Luxembourg legislation is constantly evolving, the department will continue to develop and you will therefore have the opportunity to participate in the development and the implementation of new procedures in order to remain in compliance with the legislation and provide the clients with excellent services.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Fiduciary - Luxembourg


  • Incorporation and liquidation of companies (establishment of legal entities, coordinating all relations between tax authorities and legal professional services firms, coordinating relations with banks, tax authorities, notaries, and lawyers) ;

  • Team management : review of work performed junior colleagues ;

  • Day to day administrative management and accounting (manage daily financial and accounting operations and follow up with third parties) ;

  • Legal tasks such as the organization of board meetings, attending and drafting minutes of board meetings, shareholder meetings, update of shareholder registers, follow up of all legal formalities.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate – Fiduciary - Luxembourg


  • You are fluent English, and French (writing and speaking) ;

  • You have at least 4 years of experience within a Corporate Service Provider in Luxembourg ;

  • You hold a Bachelor degree in law, economics, or accounting ;

  • Sound knowledge of legal, accounting, and tax principles.

  • Gross salary per year up to 65.000€, and a variable bonus depending on your performance ;
