Your responsibiliities | Cosec Manager – Opportunity for development
Your role is to manage your entire client portfolio from the incorporation to the liquidation.
You will have to organise the board meetingsas well as contact with clients and third parties.
You will have to draft the legal documents and will also be responsible for taking Minutes.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting the less experienced team members.
Your client portfolio will be composed of domiciled clients such as Soparfis, (unregulated) investment funds and SPVs.

English is essential to join this PSF, German and French will be considered an asset.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a PSF, Fiduciary, service provider as a Corporate Officer / Corporate secretary.
You ideally have a degree in Law, Economics, Finance or another similar field.
You are dynamic and rigorous by nature and you are always keen to expand your knowledge.
You must be / have a team player / spirit in order to integrate well in this PSF.
