This notorious PFS has become a prestigious establishment in Luxembourg’s financial ecosystem after operating for nearly two decades. This major PFS offers a one stop shop approach in providing solutions for an international client base. The firm proposes a wide range of services and specializes among other collections in SOPARFIs, Holdings and PE / RE funds.
This expertise has attracted an international client base, but also multicultural and highly skilled staff. Wishing to expand their business further, our partner is looking for an additional Senior Corporate Officer to join a team of seven.

Your Responsibilities | Legal – Corporate – PFS - Funds – Luxembourg


  • You administrate daily legal/corporate proceedings throughout the entire fund life cycle of your client portfolio.

  • You collaborate on advising an extensive list of clients on all types of funds including SIFs and RAIFs, SICARs and any other regulated or unregulated alternative investment fund types.

  • You draft and review legal documentation and contracts relating to ordinary funds administration.

  • You operate as the main contact person for clients and serve as an interface for relevant third parties (banks, Luxembourg administrations, notary, etcetera).

  • You prepare and organize board & shareholder meetings, draft the related documents (minutes, proxies, convening notices, etcetera) and may be asked to assist.

  • You have gathered at least three years of experience in the fund administration sector (both regulated and unregulated entities) in Luxembourg. An experience in structures similar to a PFS or a ManCo is preferrable.

  • You are proficient in English, taking into account the multicultural workforce and the international business environment you will navigate daily.

  • You possess solid experience in independently providing hands-on, tailored customer service to a diverse client portfolio.

  • In addition to a salary able to  reach up to 63.000€ gross per year and revalued yearly, you would be eligible for a yearly Bonus (valued at min.one monthly salary)!
