Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal - Law – Corporate – PFS - Fiduciary


  • You will have to manage a client portfolio composed of SOPARFI and PE/RE entities from the constitution to the liquidation (or in the most autonomous manner possible, depending on your level of experience).

  • You will be the point of contact for your clients in case they have questions.

  • Preparing board meetings will be part of your regular tasks as well as preparing shareholders' meetings and the minutes.

  • You will be responsible for the different publications on the Trade Registers (RCS/RBE) such as capital increases and decreases, change of directors, change of seat, annual accounts and so on.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining contacts with clients, notaries, public authorities and banks.

  • You have at minimum 2 years of experience in a fiduciary, PSF or asset management company in Luxembourg.

  • You have experience on a similar client portfolio, of financial entities.

  • You have a good team spirit which will enable you to reinforce the spirit of cohesion within your team.

  • You are fluent in German and have a good professional proficiency in English. French is a plus.

  • You are motivated, dynamic and organised by nature and you like to be rigorous in the way you handle your daily tasks.

  • Overtime is practically inexistent in this fiduciary, meaning that you will have ample time to spend with family and friends.

  • You will receive meal vouchers worth 10.80€,which you can use for shopping or dining at restaurants, as well as an annual bonus
