Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal - Law – Corporate – PFS - Fiduciary
You will have to manage a client portfolio composed of SOPARFI and PE/RE entities from the constitution to the liquidation (or in the most autonomous manner possible, depending on your level of experience).
You will be the point of contact for your clients in case they have questions.
Preparing board meetings will be part of your regular tasks as well as preparing shareholders' meetings and the minutes.
You will be responsible for the different publications on the Trade Registers (RCS/RBE) such as capital increases and decreases, change of directors, change of seat, annual accounts and so on.
You will be responsible for maintaining contacts with clients, notaries, public authorities and banks.

You have at minimum 2 years of experience in a fiduciary, PSF or asset management company in Luxembourg.
You have experience on a similar client portfolio, of financial entities.
You have a good team spirit which will enable you to reinforce the spirit of cohesion within your team.
You are fluent in German and have a good professional proficiency in English. French is a plus.
You are motivated, dynamic and organised by nature and you like to be rigorous in the way you handle your daily tasks.

Overtime is practically inexistent in this fiduciary, meaning that you will have ample time to spend with family and friends.
You will receive meal vouchers worth 10.80€,which you can use for shopping or dining at restaurants, as well as an annual bonus
