We are happy to present you this opportunity of Corporate Manager within a steadily growing Management Company located in the heart of Luxembourg City. The company is represented today by 50 employees, half of which is active in the Corporate/Legal department.

With a service geared towards non-regulated investment vehicles, the ManCo offers a series of services. Starting with Accounting and Tax, as well as Corporate and Domiciliation Services. The Head of Legal, who is very skilled and has been able to compare service providers to this in-house position, explained that she feels very good in this ManCo. She explained that the communication is very smooth, the atmosphere is very pleasant and that this structure gives the opportunity to handle very interesting transactions and responsibilities overall.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Manager – Corporate – Legal - ManCo
As a Corporate Manager, you are in charge of a team of 5 people made up of senior corporate officers, junior corporate officers and a corporate assistant. The objective is to supervise and review their work, ensure their deliverables and be the first point of reference if they have questions. You will also provide them feedback and participate in evaluations.
Although this function is mainly focused on management, you will still have an operational aspect and handle a portfolio in full autonomy.
You will be asked to participate in the implementation or review of internal processes, and your proactivity and ideas will be greatly appreciated in this ManCo.
You will report directly to the Head of Legal who is highly skilled and has worked in the ManCo for many years.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate Manager – Corporate – Legal - ManCo
You have at least 7 years of experience as a corporate/legal officer in a management company, fiduciary or PFS in Luxembourg. Experience with SPV, SRL, ScSP / Private Debt is a must.
A first experience with supervising and managing a team is required for this position, and for this, you adopt a very kind and understanding approach with your team.
You are optimistic and have a positive attitude which is something colleagues look up to.
Fluency in English is required and sufficient for this ManCo: Indeed, this is the internal language spoken amongst this structure with more than 20 nationalities internally.
A Bachelor or Master degree in Law will be a very strong asset in your application.

Up to 100.000€gross per year (in line with your experience) to which you can add meal vouchers, a pension plan, DKV, bonus and an annual training budget.
