Our partner, a fiduciary with offices right next to Luxembourg's Central Railway Station is now hiring a Junior Compliance Officer. The fiduciary now oversees a portfolio of financial companies, including Soparfi, Holdings, Securitization Vehicles, and investment funds.
Today a close-knit team of almost 30 people contributes to its success by offering AIFM, Family Office, and Compliance Advisory services to its clients. This fiduciary is growing organically, and it is critical for its Managers and directors to hire people who are driven and want to grow with them in the long run.
The partner of the fiduciary, who is very open-minded and cares about offering corporate values in line with society’s evolution, is also very present and involved in the daily operations. Of course you will always be able to count on the compliance team’s support, but the partner will always have his door open for you should you have questions or need help.
Furthermore, a real flexibility in terms of working hours and homeworking is offered meaning that you will not have to worry about balancing work and your private life.

Your Responsibilities | Legal – Compliance – AIF – AML KYC - Fiduciary

You are responsible for drafting and reviewing the compliance procedures and policies.
You liaise with third parties such as auditors, banks and the CSSF.
You monitor any legal developments to ensure compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, and make sure any changes are communicated internally.

Profile and Career Path | Legal – Compliance – AIF – AML KYC - Fiduciary

You have between 1 and 3 years of experience as Compliance Officer or AML/KYC Officer in a financial service provider or asset management company in Luxembourg. A background in external audit (investment funds) will also be considered.
You are passionate about your field, and are interested in following continuous trainings and becoming a true expert in this structure.
You ideally have a good understanding of the Investment Fund industry in Luxembourg.
You are fluent in English (both verbally and in writing) and feel comfortable speaking this language on a daily basis. Any other language will be considered a plus.

An attractive salary package up to € 55.000 gross per year, in line with your skill set and previous experience.
