Your Responsibilities | Legal Director

You are responsible for the legal life of the company, including : legal advices, draft and review of contracts, set up of procedures in order to not expose the company to any risks, trainings of internal team members ;
Direct contact with the CSSF and Luxembourg’s relevant authorities ;
You will be in close contact with the company’s clients, and will have to accompany them in legal issues by providing them with legal advises and opinions in order to resolve as soon as possible their issues ;
You are acting with responsiveness both for your clients and the company, and will have to analyze the situation in order to prevent new laws and regulations, and put in place the right procedures.

Profile and Career Path | Legal Director

With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Luxembourg, you are used to working within the fund sector, in order to easily adapt to your client portfolio ;
You speak fluent English and French. The company employs different people coming from different countries in Europa, any other language, would be considered an asset ;
You are able to provide both the company and your clients with concise and precise advises, in order to resolve various legal issues ;
Having already been in contact with the CSSF in the past, in the course of your function would be a great asset.

Offer | Legal Director

Depending on your experience, your salary, might go up to 9.000€ gross/month ;

A minimum of 30 days of holidays, that can grow with the acquired seniority within the company ;
