Within this role, you would be in charge of your very own portfolio, comprising of PE/RE funds, SOPARFIs/Holdings, including intricate and highly varied cases. Your Responsibilities | Legal – Corporate – Legal Manager - PSF

You will have in charge, advisory and support services on Legal matters in link with the corporate governance of entities from the constitution to the liquidation. This includes the administration of board and shareholder meetings.
You will drive forward the decrease and/or increase of capital, the sale and/or purchasing of shares and assets by taking charge of listing agreements, shareholder agreements etc.
You will handle the establishment of legal frameworks and documents in context of transactions and throughout the clients’ value chain (M&A, acquisition/leasing of real estate assets, insurance of debt instruments, cross-border transactions, etc.).
You will aim efforts at preserving trustful relations with your clients. Similarly, you will be in charge of liaising with external stakeholders involved in each step of the business lifecycle (lawyers, banks, auditors and other relevant institutions).

Profile and Career Path | Legal – Corporate – Legal Manager - PSF

You possess at least 2 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer/ Associate within a local law firm or similar.
You are fluent in French and comfortable with English being used in a daily business setting.
Previous exposure to securitization vehicles is of added value.
You are proactive and enjoy complex problem solving missions.
You are looking to flourish in a fast growing and meritocratic business environment. The director-track might open to you.

An extensive and competitive compensation package with a fixed salary that can reach up to €85000 per annum, depending on your profile and career. On top of this, you would be eligible for a substantial bonus valued above industry standards!
You would also be entitled to a series of additional benefits, such as a private premium health insurance for optimal medical coverage; Life Insurance is also part of the package.
Additionally, 18 lunch vouchers per month valued at € 10.80 each for enhanced purchasing power.
