We have the pleasure to assist this international yet human-sized law firm of 30 employees in its search for a dynamic and motivated Legal Secretary.
Located in the heart of Luxembourg city, close to all main public transport infrastructure, you will fully enjoy the best of what Luxembourg has to offer. The law firm offers quite a large panel of legal specializations such as Banking & Finance, Corporate Law, Litigation and Investment fund law. For this reason, you will have the pleasure to assist a welcoming team of lawyers with varying levels of experience.
Forget about rigid and very serious law firms : Here, you will join a boutique law firm that offers a very high quality assistance to the clients, but that also cares about offering a down-to-earth environment in which each employee is treated with respect.
In this support role, you will work closely with several lawyers and partners, who all care about being respectful with all support staff and who do not feel better than others.

Your Responsibilities | Legal Secretary – Legal – Corporate – Law Firm

You are responsible for booking meeting rooms, as well as travel arrangements such as booking taxis, hotels, flights, parking spots and so on.
Your digital skills for example in Excel and PowerPoint also allow you to ensure a good and professional lay-out and to format documentation when necessary.
You are in charge of opening new files for example when the law firm acquires new files, and you also welcome clients physically or digitally in a professional manner.
You also handle more administrative responsibilities such as archiving files and so on.

Profile and Career Path | Legal Secretary – Legal – Corporate – Law Firm

You have at least 2 years of experience as legal secretary, or in a similar position, in a Law firm in Luxembourg.
Fluency in English and French is a must whereas any other language will be considered an asset.
Your dynamism ensures that clients feel welcomed immediately and can count on your guidance and help if they have questions. Your open personality and good sense of organization also allows you to communicate efficiently with colleagues.
You are looking to join a human-sized law firm in the long term and acquire new skills. You are not looking to change opportunities very frequently in your career.

The flexible working schedule and regular homeworking solutions (up to 2 days per week depending on your place of residence) will ensure that your work/life balance is always respected. This way, you can forget long evenings in the office.

Depending on your experience and language skills, your gross salary can go up to €62.000 per year.
