This ManCo will be pleased to integrate their future Legal Manager to the human sized team of about twenty people in Luxembourg. Your Responsibilities | Legal Manager – Legal – ManCo – Corporate – Real Estate
In your responsibilities, you will manage your portfolio mainly consisting of regulated Real Estate funds from a 360° point of view : this entails the full investment cycle from the incorporation to liquidation.
You will also work with your colleagues on various transactions such as acquisitions and financings.
You will manage a junior colleague and will be in charge of their training, coaching and supervision to support their technical growth. However, you will also proactively participate in assisting other less experienced colleagues when they have questions for example.
You will have to prepare and organize board meetings and also attend. Following those meetings, you will be involved with drafting minutes.
Profile and Career Path | Legal Manager – Legal – ManCo – Corporate – Real Estate
For this position we are searching for talent with at least eight years of experience, including three years of experience in a managerial role. This experience needs to be acquired in a PFS or Management company in Luxembourg.
The candidate we are looking for holds a Bachelor or Master degree in the legal field and has an excellent knowledge of the Luxembourgish legal environment and corporate law.
Fluency in English is required for this position to ensure great internal communications with your future coworkers in Luxembourg and foreign offices.

In line with your profile and experience, This Asset Manager is willing to offer you a generous remuneration that can reach 100 000 € gross per year. To that, you can add an extensive bonus up to 20% of your annual salary.
This role is a full time position but it is important to note that there is no overtime!
