For one of our Partners, a PFS located not far from the train station, is looking for a Senior Corporate & Compliance Officer. The company employs around 20 employees, and has over 10 years’ experience in the Luxembourgish market. As part of an international network, you will have access to an interesting and complex client base.
The PFS mostly works with a financial clientele composed of SOPARFIs, Holdings, SPF, and regulated Private Equity Investment Funds. The company provides them with accounting, tax, and compliance services. The company has a multicultural team, and will allow you to discover other cultures, and personalities (English, Russian, Luxembourgish, French, Belgian, and Spanish people are part of the company). If you wish to develop your language skills, the company will be perfect for that !

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate & Compliance Officer - PFS

Within a team of Corporate Officers, and in collaboration with them, you will be the one responsible for Compliance procedures, and will directly report to the executive management of the company ;
Collection of the necessary documents in accordance with the procedures in place ;
As part of the client acceptance committee you will perform risk assessments, in order to act accordingly, and change the procedures if necessary ;
Screening of client files during the year and preparation of reports, for the executive management of the company, and for the CSSF ;
Responsible for a client portfolio, from the incorporation to the liquidation of companies (SOPARFIs, Holdings, Regulated funds) ;
Preparation and coordination of Board Meetings and draft of Minutes.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate & Compliance Officer - PFS

You ideally have a degree in Law or in a similar domain ;
You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Luxembourg, within a financial service provider, a PFS or a fiduciary ;
You speak fluent English, an additional language, such as French, would be considered an asset ;
You wish to join a medium sized company, and are able to work within a team. Your communication skills, will also be something that is important ;
A first experience with financial vehicles is required, in order to easily adapt to your new function.

Offer | Senior Corporate & Compliance Officer - PFS

The offices of the company are located not far from the train station, in Luxembourg. You will then benefit from an easy access on a daily basis, by using public transports, but also to all commodities (restaurants, bars, gym,…) ;
A gross salary per month up to 7.000€, but also meal vouchers, extra days off, and bonuses twice a year, to reward your hard work ;
