Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Fiduciary – Legal - Corporate
You will handle a portfolio of clients (SOPARFI, Holdings, SPV, PE/RE) from the constitutionto the liquidation whether it is the publication of annual accounts, company name changes, seat changes and so forth.
In the context of your missions, you will be client facing and in charge of the communication with them.
Communicating with external parties such as banks, lawyers, notaries or with Luxembourgish administrations will be part of your daily missions as an experimented Corporate Officer.
You will prepare and organize board and shareholder meetings, then draft the legal documentations related to this such as minutes

A certain level of autonomy is required for this position, so you should have at least four years of experience in a similar job function and structure (fiduciary, fund manager, PFS).
As you will be working in an international environment, you should be able to communicate in English (oral and written). French or any other European language will be considered as an asset.
You consider yourself as solution drivenand are curious, which will help you assist your clients with any issues or questions. You should have good communication skills in order to provide good assistance to your colleagues and clients.
