Our partner is a PSF created more than 10 years ago and is looking for a Senior Corporate Officer in the framework of its development.
This PSF is well known in the market for its Private Equity and Real Estate fund services. You will join a structure of 50 employees, but you will work in a team of 10 people who will be happy to welcome you and teach you what they know.
This structure is very modern because the managers care about the professional image of the PSF on the market. That is why you will work in a pleasant environment where you will feel at ease.
You will be working in a stable and dynamic team that appreciates the well-being in this PSF for example thanks to the flexible working hours and extra holidays.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – PSF - Legal

You will treat your portfolio from incorporation to liquidationincluding organizing board meetings, opening the bank accounts, publishing the annual accounts on the registers and more.
You will work on a client portfolio composed of funds (regulated and unregulated), SOPARFIs and SPV.
You will review the work of a few junior corporate officers.
You will be the contact person between notaries, banks, tax and legal advisors.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – PSF - Legal

You have 4 years’ experience as a Corporate Officer in a similar environment like a PSF or fiduciary in Luxembourg.
You have a good level of English and French. German will be an additional advantage.
You are familiar with regulated and non-regulated structures.
You want to evolve technically and in the hierarchy. In this PSF, you will have the possibility to evolve from a Senior position up to a Manager position.

Thanks to the location, you can easily go to work by public transport, or if you prefer to take your car, you have the possibility to park the car in the staff car park.
Our partner offers you flexible hours which will allow you to come to work earlier and let you enjoy the evening or participate in extracurricular activities.
From a salary point of view, you can benefit from a salary of up to 70,000€ per year.
You will not work in an open-space so you can be more concentrated in handling your tasks.
You will have 29 holidays off to allow you to make bigger plans and travel.
You will receive meal vouchers of 10.80€ but also a pension plan and an annual bonus.
If you appreciate doing sports during your free time, you will benefit from a sport allowance so you can follow yoga lessons, tennis or another sport you like.
