Senior Corporate Officer – Multicultural and Stable Team
For a small PSF, composed of around 20 people, and located in Luxembourg city center, we are currently seeking for a Senior Corporate Officer.
We are looking for an experienced person, that will be able to integrate a stable team of professionals. The company is not the right one, if you are looking for a career evolution as Manager on the short term, but can provide you with an excellent work life balance (extra hours are banned), and many extra advantages. You will be working in a nice and luminous office, and you will also be able to enjoy working from home as the company allows employees to use one or two days a week this way of working.
The company is mostly working with investment fund managers, and has an excellent reputation on the market. They are not looking for a large growth in the next few years, they prefer to focus on their current clients and mandate. With this strategy, their employees are not under pressure and never understaffed, which participate actively to the stability of the team.
Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Office / PSF
You are coordinating board meetings, and general meeting of the shareholders ;
You are drafting board and shareholder minutes, resolutions and legal agreements ;
You will be responsible for managing the review, execution, notarization and legalization of the documents ;
You will be also managing various fillings with the Luxembourg trade registry ;
Review, control and approbation, all client documentation (AML/KYC), for the onboarding process.
Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer / PSF
No requirements for a specific degree as if you have the experience, it won’t be mandatory ;
Minimum 3 years’ experience, in a corporate or legal role in Luxembourg ;
Sound knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry ;
You are a reliable person, and are looking for a company on the long term ;
Fluency in English is mandatory (French would be considered an asset.
Offer | Senior Corporate Officer / PSF
You salary package will be composed of :
A gross salary per year up to 65.000€ ;
Variable bonus (1 month) ;
Meal Vouchers (10,80€) ;
30 days of holidays ;
