Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – PFS – Fiduciaire – PE - RE
For the oversight of a portfolio of entities including SOPARFI/Holdings and SPVs :
You will manage these entities on behalf of your clients from incorporation, all the way to dissolution/dissolution.
You will take action in order to legally administer these entities (change of registration office, modifications and increases in capital, filing with the RCS, etc.), You produce/draft legal documents relating to your clients' daily instructions.
You plan general meetings for the board and shareholders meetings and may be required to assist with minute-taking.
You will act as a bridge between the relevant authorities, banks, lawyers, the compliance team, etc.
Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – PFS – Fiduciaire – PE - RE
You possess a minimum of four years of fruitful work in a comparable role with a fiduciary, PSF, ManCo, or Big Four in Luxembourg.
You communicate in English with authority. Good oral and written skills are paramount. Any other language is considered an asset language proficiency is advantageous.
Your prior experience has allowed you to understand the SPV and/or SOPARFIsectors in debt.
Your dynamic personality is a key strength, and you know how to take advantage of ambiguous situations with agility and confidence.
