Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal - PSF
You are in charge of the legal and corporate requirements for your clients (Private Equity/Real Estate companies), from the incorporation of the company to the liquidation.
You draft legal documentation (such as Board minutes, resolutions) and agreements.
You are responsible for the preparation of Board meetings and shareholder meetings.
You liaise with your clients and third parties (notaries, lawyers) as well as the Luxembourgish Administrations (Registre de Commerce,…).
Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal - PSF
You have 3 years of experience or more as Corporate Officer in a Fiduciary, PSF, Trust or another similar structure in Luxembourg.
You are fluent in French and have a good level of English, both verbally and in writing.
You are looking to evolve within a PSF with good values where you will be treated with respect, and benefit from multiple mid and long term career prospects.
You obtained a Bachelor degree in Law or have a similar academic background.
