Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal – Fiduciary – Investment Funds – Soparfi

Upon your daily responsibility, you will autonomously manage your portfolio of clients from the constitution to the liquidation of existing entities, mainly made of investment funds.
You will be involved in the drafting of legal documentation such as contracts, loans agreements, board packs or capital calls.
In addition, you will have to manage administrative life of your entities such as RCS/RBE fillings, approval of annual accounts and also external stakeholders.
You will be in charge of the preparation and attending board as well as shareholders meetings, and drafting related minutes afterwards.

You have acquired at least three years of experience is a similar position within a PFS, Fund Administrator or Manco.
You have an autonomously proficiency in English (read, write, speak) and French fluency will also be appreciated.
You describe yourself as a dynamic and enjoyable person that will act as a good team player among existing teams for improving an excellent work environment.

Our partner is willing to offer you an attractive remuneration of € 65 000 gross per year and additional discretionary bonus for your own financial comfort.
