For a human-sized PFS, composed of around 30 people, located in the Gasperich area, we are currently seeking a Senior Corporate Officer.
We are looking for an experienced person, that will be able to integrate a stable team of professionals. The company is not the right one if you are looking for a strong career evolution as Manager in the short term, but it can provide you with an excellent work-life balance (overtime is almost non-existent), and many extra advantages. You will be working in a nice and luminous office, and you will also be able to enjoy working from home as the company allows employees to work from home one day per week.
The company assists financial companies (investment funds, SOPARFIs/Holdings) and has an excellent reputation on the market. Although they will certainly have a strong yet organic growth in the next few years, they will always keep their personalized service for each client as this is key for them. With this strategy, their employees feel satisfied professionally and the workload always remains very reasonable, which participates actively to the stability of the team.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – PFS – Legal - Corporate

You coordinate board meetings, and general meetings of the shareholders.
You draft board and shareholder minutes, resolutions and legal agreements.
You will be responsible for managing the review, execution, notarization and legalization of the documents.
You will also handle the various fillings with the Luxembourg trade registry.
Review, control and approbation, all client documentation (AML/KYC), for the onboarding process.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – PFS – Legal - Corporate

No requirements for a specific degree as if you have the experience, it will not be mandatory.
Minimum 3 years’ experience, in a corporate or legal role in a fiduciary or PFS in Luxembourg.
You are a reliable person, and are looking for a company in the long term.
Fluency in English and French is mandatory, and any other languages will represent an advantage.

Offer | Senior Corporate Officer – PFS – Legal - Corporate

A gross salary per year up to 75.000€.
Variable bonus (1 month).
Meal Vouchers (10,80€).
The possibility to work part-time (80%) if you want to.
Good team spirit and atmosphere.
Very good trainings and internal support.
ALMOST NO OVERTIME.
