Within the mixed team of dynamic professionals including Accountants, Tax Officers and Corporate Officers, you will be handling a common portfolio of financial companies, mainly SOPARFI/HoldCos PE/RE investment vehicles and underlying vehicles. The company counts as of recently, over 30 collaborators that contribute to the firm’s activity. The collaborative spirit and the successful company culture have allowed the recently certified PFS to deliver seamless and high-quality services to a series of local and international business partners. These have been working closely with the PFS long before the recent certification.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – PSF – Legal – Private Equity – Real Estate

You are responsible for the administrative and legal lifecycle of a collection of entities. This represents processes from incorporation all the way to dissolutions/liquidations mainly for SOPARFI/Holding Companies.
You are in charge of recording important changes in the timeline of the entities of your portfolio. These will all be included in your interactions with the RCS.
You will coordinate the activities of multiple stakeholders involved in the operations of your clients. Namely, lawyers, notaries, banks auditors etc.
You liaise with the compliance team and coordinate KYC due diligence.
You produce a series of legal documentation related to shareholder meetings and board meetings and may be asked to assist.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – PSF – Legal – Private Equity – Real Estate

With at least five years of experience in Luxembourg, you have progressed within a PSF, fiduciary, or ManCo as a Corporate Officer.
You are proficient in both French and English, both written and spoken. Italian and other languages are highly advantageous.
You possess a solid understanding of Luxembourg company law and have experience in managing SOPARFI structures.

Alongside flexible working hours and the option for teleworking (1 day per week), this PSF offers the possibility of part-time employment. Organize your schedule to optimize commutes, avoid traffic congestion, and add free time to your daily routine. All these aspects have been carefully considered to create a pleasant and inclusive living environment.
Based on your experience and technical level, you could earn an annual salary of up to €78,000 gross.
You will also receive 18 meal vouchers, each with a unit value of €10.80 per month, as well as an annual bonus that can be used to extend your leave balance if desired.

The leaders of this PSF remain close to their team and engaged in operations. You can discuss your career progress with them, even outside of the biannual evaluations.
