Your Responsibilities | Senior Fund Officer – Fund Officer – Fiduciary – Fund Administration
In your daily duties, you will be responsible for the full management of the lifecycle for Alternative Investment Funds in your portfolio : from their incorporation to their liquidation.
Being in direct contact with clientele, you will assist and advise them on their entities activities.
Coaching, training and reviewing juniors deliverables will be part of your responsibilities.
Then, you will be drafting all the necessary documentations (loan agreements, capital calls, directors and mangers changes), and be involved in the organization and participation in boards and shareholders meetings.

You had acquired a previous experience of at least three years within an organization in Luxembourg (Fiduciaries, PFS and/or ManCo) at a similar position.
Fluency in English is mandatory for this position, if you are fluent in an additional language, it would be considered as an asset.
Dynamic, proactive and curious you are keen to join a structure that will give you the needed keys to your technical and professional evolution.

Our partner is willing to offer you an annual remuneration that could reach a gross amount of 85 000 €, plus the obtention of a bonus and meal vouchers.
