Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Fiduciary – Funds - SPV
You take on legal and administrative proceedings for the entities in your portfolio. Across the entities’ life cycles, you will initiate the stages of incorporation all the way to liquidation.
You take on all necessary drafts and filings such as the change of seat, capital increases, the publication of the annual accounts, change of directorship and so on.
You prepare board meetings and shareholder meetings, and may be asked to draft the minutes.
You serve as the primary contact with clients, relevant internal parties (accounting and compliance teams) and external stakeholders (Lawyers, auditors, banks etc.).
You are experienced with Alternative Investment Funds.

At least 3 years of experience in Luxembourg and within a similar function are expected for this role. Relevant past experiences should be in a Fiduciary, AIFM/Management Company, PFS or Big Four.
English mastery is a prerequisite for this role.
You have acquired good knowledge of the investment fund industry and care about continuing to learn.
Your current ambitions include working alongside committed professionals in an AIFM that operates in a collaborative manner towards a common long-term project.
