Your Role | Fund – Luxembourg – Sustainable Finance – Corporate – Legal - Law


  • As a Fund Corporate Officer, you will be responsible for a wide variety of corporate-legal tasks in the sustainable finance domain:

  • Diligently organizing and preparing board and shareholders meetings, including all associated documentation. You will also take the minutes of these meetings.

  • Maintaining and updating share registers with great attention to detail.

  • Coordinating diverse corporate transactions such as incorporations, share class adjustments, the approval of annual accounts, and headquarter changes.

  • Fully utilizing your experience to supervise and review the work of a junior colleague.

  • Ensuring regular communication with key stakeholders, including notaries, banks, and lawyers.

To thrive in this role, we expect you to bring the following qualifications and attributes:

  • A proven track record with a minimum of three years of experience in Luxembourg within a PFS, AIFM/Asset Management Company or Financial Service Provider.

  • Exposure to managing client portfolios that encompass either regulated or unregulated investment vehicles, or both.

  • Very good proficiency in English, as most interactions with internal teams and external partners occur in this language.

  • As you will work with a close-knit team, it is important for the successful candidate to be open-minded, and to be able to work in collaboration with other teammates.
