Your Role | Fund – Luxembourg – Sustainable Finance – Corporate – Legal - Law
As a Fund Corporate Officer, you will be responsible for a wide variety of corporate-legal tasks in the sustainable finance domain:
Diligently organizing and preparing board and shareholders meetings, including all associated documentation. You will also take the minutes of these meetings.
Maintaining and updating share registers with great attention to detail.
Coordinating diverse corporate transactions such as incorporations, share class adjustments, the approval of annual accounts, and headquarter changes.
Fully utilizing your experience to supervise and review the work of a junior colleague.
Ensuring regular communication with key stakeholders, including notaries, banks, and lawyers.

To thrive in this role, we expect you to bring the following qualifications and attributes:
A proven track record with a minimum of three years of experience in Luxembourg within a PFS, AIFM/Asset Management Company or Financial Service Provider.
Exposure to managing client portfolios that encompass either regulated or unregulated investment vehicles, or both.
Very good proficiency in English, as most interactions with internal teams and external partners occur in this language.
As you will work with a close-knit team, it is important for the successful candidate to be open-minded, and to be able to work in collaboration with other teammates.
